Grand Hotel Adriatico's Cancellation Policy: Accepted up to 48 hours before the arrival without 
charge, cancellations received within the 48 hours before arrival will be charged for a 1 night fee. 
"No Show" will be charged the entire amount of the reserved nights.

Child Discounts: If sharing parents room: 0 - 2 years free (eventual breakfast to be paid directly in 
hotels). 3 - 12 years 50% discount on the per person rate in double. Minimum stay 2 nights: 
Between the periods of 29/12/06 - 02/01/07 & 05/04/07 - 09/04/07 

How to reach Grand Hotel Adriatico:

From Train Station:
Arriving at the central station of Santa Maria Novella, you can easily reach the hotel on foot. Exit the
station to the right side, at the foot of the steps cross over the pedestrian crossing and turn left, continue
in Via Santa Caterina di Siena until reaching the traffic lights, cross over the road and continue down
Via dell’albero. At the bottom of Via dell’albero, cross over the road and you will find the
Grand Hotel Adriatico entrance at about 20 metres on the right hand side.

From Amerigo Vespucci Airport - Florence:
Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci is located 5km from the city centre and the Grand Hotel Adriatico,
Taxis are available or bus No 62 leaves from the airport terminal to the city centre.
Alternatively we are able to reserve a private transfer.

By Car:
If you are coming from the North or South, we recommend you take the Firenze-Certosa (A1) exit:
once you exit, follow the signs for the city center. Follow the signs for Ponte alla Vittoria, crossing
the river and turning immediately right on Lungarno Vespucci. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights
and drive straight ahead in Via Maso Finiguerra. The Grand Hotel Adriatico has a private
parking lot for approximately 40 cars, spaces are free and on a first come basis; they cannot
be reserved.

Notice for those guests arriving in Florence by car:
The centre of Florence permits access by car and parking for residents only. Tourists are allowed
access by car to reach their hotels, upon registration of your license plate by hotel reception staff.
Please provide this information on your arrival at the hotel.

Important Note: Once you have booked your accommdation, full instructions will be given on how to reach your hotel.

HOTEL TRANSFERS: We can arrange your transfers from the airport direct to your hotel and 
return to airport at good competitive rates. Please advise when making the booking and we can 
quote for any number of people from car, people carrier, mini-bus or even coach.
